For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded It's a Mom Bod Thing with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and how I can help others find their happiness.

I am a graduate of Alverno College, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I hold a degree a conferred with Honors in Professional Communication and Management.

I am married to an amazing man, Mark. I am the mother to a technology loving young man named Aiden. I am a fur mama to Cici, an adopted cat from the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Society.
